Featured Candidate

Our firm recently interviewed a very impressive Chief Operations Officer candidate looking for a new challenging leadership role where he can continue supporting the FQHC mission. I am reaching out to you to see if your health center might have a need for a high-quality FQHC professional with passion for the movement.

Candidate 1697 is an impressive operations candidate, having spent ten years as COO of a large and multi-faceted health center in California. During his tenure he had responsibility for all of the health center’s operational activities as well as significant portions of the health center’s programs. This included all physical expansion projects, development of integrated care programming, and projects to increase patient access as well as satisfaction. He was central to setting health center strategy, working to improve provider engagement and productivity, and developing transformative solutions to improving operations. He was easy to talk to, and demonstrated a personal ethic grounded in the purpose of the health center movement. He’s genuine and pleasant.

Our firm is comprised of people who have walked in your shoes and lived the experience of running a health center. We know the questions to ask and the follow-up questions to ask. We are a small niche recruiting firm exclusive to the FQHC industry. Unlike other recruiting firms we do not charge a fee based on a salary we negotiate. We don’t think that is ethical. Our fees are fixed regardless of compensation and competitively priced well below what traditional “old school” firms charge. And we work on a contingency basis, meaning you pay us only if you hire our candidate.

Our legal – and ethically-oriented – business process is to keep a candidate’s detailed personal information (including resume) secure until we have a signed Agreement in place that protects all parties.
