Featured Candidate
Our firm recently interviewed a very impressive Chief Operations Officer candidate looking to deliver results for the benefit of patients, staff, and the community overall. He has passion for the work and for making a difference.
Candidate (#1699) – This candidate is a versatile healthcare operations leader who thrives on wearing many hats, including operations and other administrative functions. He has limited years in an FQHC but our assessment is that he has the knowledge level of someone who has worked in an FQHC for 15 years – quality over quantity. His score is suppressed because of the limited number of years. Equally effective with the C-suite and clinical teams, he digs into workflows and inefficiencies to uncover opportunities, delivering practical solutions that improve performance and elevate the patient experience. He has executive presence and credibility partially built from managing critical healthcare operations and ancillary departments. Equally comfortable with front-line staff and board members. He places the patient at the center of his decision-making. Sincerely looking for a place to call home for a while in an operations leadership role after several years of institutional instability at his health center and an ACO. Well spoken, solid relationship builder.

Our firm is comprised of people who have walked in your shoes and lived the experience of running a health center. We know the questions to ask and the follow-up questions to ask. We are a small niche recruiting firm exclusive to the FQHC industry. Unlike other recruiting firms we do not charge a fee based on a salary we negotiate. We don’t think that is ethical. Our fees are fixed regardless of compensation and competitively priced well below what traditional “old school” firms charge. And we work on a contingency basis, meaning you pay us only if you hire our candidate.
Our legal – and ethically-oriented – business process is to keep a candidate’s detailed personal information (including resume) secure until we have a signed Agreement in place that protects all parties.
