Featured Candidate
Our firm recently interviewed a very impressive Dentist who is bi-lingual (English/Spanish) with a broad general dentistry skillset. She combines clinical expertise with a passion for caring for the underserved — and has experience handling medically complex patients. In addition to treating patients, she currently serves as a part-time clinical instructor and as the Dental Quality Improvement Project Lead at an FQHC. Licensed in Florida.
Candidate (#1733): This is a bilingual (English/Spanish) and versatile general dentist with American Sign Language (ASL) capabilities and a passion for serving underserved communities. She combines compassionate, patient-centered care with quality improvement skills and expertise in restorative dentistry, prosthodontics, oral surgery, implant treatment and more. With experience in treating medically complex patients and serving as a clinical instructor, she brings both clinical excellence and leadership and believes the best care starts with listening to patients, not talking at them.

Our firm is comprised of people who have walked in your shoes and lived the experience of running a health center. We know the questions to ask and the follow-up questions to ask. We are a small niche recruiting firm exclusive to the FQHC industry. Unlike other recruiting firms we do not charge a fee based on a salary we negotiate. We don’t think that is ethical. Our fees are fixed regardless of compensation and competitively priced well below what traditional “old school” firms charge. And we work on a contingency basis, meaning you pay us only if you hire our candidate.
Our legal – and ethically-oriented – business process is to keep a candidate’s detailed personal information (including resume) secure until we have a signed Agreement in place that protects all parties.
