330Futures An FQHC Executive Development Program

What is 330Futures?

330Futures is an executive development program designed specifically for FQHC Directors and Managers who aspire to be health center C-Suite executives in the future.

This program provides attendees with practical guidance and knowledge they need now in order to best position themselves for a C-Suite role in the future.

More than a learning experience, this program offers attendees a roadmap toward future success. People are not given C-Suite positions by chance. They are earned over a career built through good decision-making, dedication to craft, and a commitment to personal and professional development.

For Directors and Managers, the time to start thinking about the leadership role you want is at least 5 years before you achieve it. The key is to put yourself in position to be competitive for the health center CFO, COO, CEO or C-Suite role you want. 330Futures can give you an advantage over your peers and put you in a more competitive position when that opportunity does come along.

Why This Program?

Today’s Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs) face unprecedented challenges — evolving payment models, workforce shortages, rising patient needs, and complex regulatory demands. To thrive, health centers need leaders who are prepared not only to manage but to transform.

Rob has an incredible ability to connect with leaders at every stage of their careers. He combines years of executive experience with a deep understanding of the unique challenges FQHCs face. His guidance is practical, inspiring, and immediately applicable — he doesn’t just teach leadership, he helps you see yourself as a leader ready for the next level. I’m thankful to count him as a former boss, coach, and advocate for public health.

The 330Futures Executive Development Program equips aspiring executives with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to step into senior leadership roles. Whether your goal is CEO, COO, CFO, CMO, or another executive position, this program is designed to help you grow into the leader your health center needs.

What You’ll Gain

330Futures will help you:

  1. Advance Your Career Trajectory
You will gain the tools, frameworks, and confidence needed to move from mid-level management to executive leadership. The program is designed to help you build the credibility and readiness hiring individuals look for when selecting new CEOs, COOs, CFOs, and other C-suite executives.
  2. Strengthen Financial and Operational Leadership
You’ll deepen your understanding of FQHC-specific financial structures (PPS, 340B, HRSA grants) and operational realities (UDS measures, compliance, risk management). This prepares you to make smarter, more strategic decisions that improve sustainability and position your health center for growth.
  3. Enhance Your Strategic & Visionary Thinking
Executives must think beyond the day-to-day. This program equips you to anticipate trends, adapt to policy shifts, and align staff and stakeholders around a compelling vision. You’ll practice creating and communicating strategies that inspire confidence and action.
  4. Build Workforce Leadership Skills
People are the heart of every FQHC. Through this program, you’ll strengthen your ability to recruit, develop, and retain diverse teams, resolve conflicts, and foster a culture of accountability, equity, and inclusion — all essential traits for executive leaders.
  5. Improve Stakeholder and Community Engagement
As an FQHC executive, your reach extends beyond your walls. This program helps you build partnerships, advocate for underserved communities, and engage with policymakers and funders. You’ll develop the skills to represent your organization with clarity, authority, and impact.
  6. Sharpen Your Technology & Data Skills
You’ll learn how to leverage data analytics, EHR systems, telehealth, and digital tools to improve access, quality, and financial performance. You’ll also strengthen your ability to lead innovation, ensuring your health center stays ahead of the curve in a rapidly changing healthcare environment.
  7. Increase Your Personal Leadership Competence
Beyond technical expertise, executives must bring resilience, ethical judgment, and executive presence to the table. This program emphasizes personal leadership development — building confidence, adaptability, and communication skills that distinguish top-performing C-suite leaders.
  8. Create a Personalized Leadership Growth Plan
You will leave with a tailored leadership development roadmap based on your self-assessment and progress through the program. This ensures you have a clear, actionable plan to close gaps, strengthen competencies, and position yourself for advancement.
  9. Expand Your Professional Network
The program fosters meaningful connections with fellow leaders and mentors from across the FQHC landscape. You’ll join a network of professionals who can provide ongoing support, collaboration, and career opportunities long after the program ends.
  10. Deliver Greater Impact to Your Health Center and Community
Ultimately, the biggest benefit isn’t just career advancement – it’s impact. By sharpening your leadership capacity, you’ll help your health center expand services, improve patient outcomes, and advance health equity for the communities you serve.
