Accessibility Statement
330Talent is committed to making our website usable and accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. As former community health leaders, we know that access matters – in care, in hiring, and online.
We aim to design and maintain this site in a way that aligns with widely recognized accessibility standards, including the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG). Practically, that means we work to:
- Provide text alternatives for images and non‑text content.
- Maintain sufficient color contrast and readable font sizes.
- Use clear headings and structure so content is easy to navigate with assistive technologies.
- Make forms and interactive elements usable via keyboard and screen readers.
We also review new features and content with accessibility in mind and make improvements over time as standards, technology, and best practices.
Where We Are Still Improving
Accessibility is an ongoing effort. Some areas of the site – such as archived content, PDFs, or older posts – may not yet meet the same level of accessibility as newer pages. We are working to update these materials and to refine our use of headings, link text, image descriptions, and document formats.
If You Need Assistance
If you experience any difficulty using this website, cannot access a page or document, or need information in a different format, we want to know and we want to help. Please contact us:
- Phone: 855‑208‑3798
- Email: rob@330talent.com
When you reach out, it is helpful (but not required) if you can tell us:
- The page or resource where you had an issue (a link, if possible).
- What you were trying to do.
- The type of device, browser, or assistive technology you were using.
We will review your concern, work with you to provide the information you need, and use your feedback to improve our site.
Third‑Party Content
Our site may include links to or content from third‑party websites, platforms, or documents (for example, job postings, external resources, or downloadable materials). We do not control the accessibility of those third‑party sites, but we welcome feedback if a linked resource creates a barrier so we can explore alternatives where possible.
Commitment to Continuous Improvement
Accessibility is part of how we try to “do the right thing” for the community health centers and candidates we serve. As our site grows, we will continue to refine and improve our accessibility practices and may update this statement to reflect that work.
