Openings are constantly changing based on health center needs. And sometimes, health centers don’t even know what they need. We’re often asked to submit our top available candidates and if there is a good match, the health center will create a position for that candidate.

Based on that conversation and your resume, we’ll create a candidate profile, which includes our Proprietary Readiness Score. That score helps health centers see how prepared you are to work at their center.

Once your profile is complete, the search to find your perfect fit begins!
