We conduct extensive interviews, put every candidate through our proprietary FQHC Assessment program, and perform the necessary due diligence to make sure you are presented with only the candidates that have the greatest opportunity for long-term success.

There are two differences between us and other recruiting firms:

  1. We do not negotiate salary and hiring terms.
    We feel that function is best left in the hands of the health center.
  2. Our fee is not salary-based.
    Our fee is a flat-fee of $14,500 regardless of salary. Every dollar matters in community health care and a dollar saved is a dollar that can go back into patient care. After having lived the FQHC experience for many years, it’s simply what we believe.

Do the math. Traditional firms will charge you 25% or 30% of a full-year salary for their recruiting services. On a salary of $100,000, your fee at the lower rate of 25% would still be $25,000.

Your first question is probably, “how can we do this?”

Well, it’s quite simple. This business is about two things: Communication and relationships.

With technology, my team and I are able to communicate with you, with candidates, and with each other for very low cost.

Secondly, we have a knack for building relationships. Most of our business is repeat business or referrals from clients. We don’t do a lot of advertising. We do very little advertising in fact. We leverage our relationships to keep our costs low. And we pass on those savings in the form of lower fees.

The real question you should be asking is not how come we charge so little. You should be asking why the old-school traditional firms charge so much.
