330Talent is honored to be under contract to fill the open Chief Executive Officer (CEO) role for Long Island Select Healthcare (LISH) in Central Islip, NY.

Reporting to the Board of Directors, the ideal CEO will seamlessly navigate both relational and operational responsibilities, with a primary focus on rebuilding confidence through listening, transparency, and consistent follow-through. The CEO will align the Board and senior team around a practical strategy, protect the quality and accessibility of care, and strengthen the financial and operating discipline needed for sustainable growth.

The right person will be a seasoned community health leader with quiet confidence and sound judgment — someone comfortable moving between staff conversations, Board decisions, performance data, patient needs, public partnerships, and the day-to-day realities of a complex, multi-site health center.
