Achievable Health in Culver City, CA is seeking a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) who will be tasked with key priorities which include building the Board and transition partnership, stabilizing operations and culture, growing patients and visits, strengthening finances and revenue, protecting the FQHC and grant infrastructure, and elevating Achievable Health’s story. 

Offering integrated primary medical and behavioral health care in a patient-centered, developmentally appropriate setting, Achievable Health’s model includes longer visits when needed, care coordination, enrollment and eligibility assistance, and access to specialty referrals. 

Strong candidates will have experience serving in senior FQHC leadership roles, as either a CEO, COO or CFO, and understand the responsibilities that accompany Section 330 funding and community-governed care. Achievable Health is seeking a mission-grounded leader who is both financially and operationally fluent, comfortable with culture change, and credible with Board and executive team members. 

The CEO position is a full-time, onsite role reporting to the Board President. Relocation assistance is available.
