Near North Health Service Corporation in Chicago, IL – one of the city’s oldest providers of community-based primary healthcare – is seeking its next Chief Financial Officer.

Reporting to the center’s CEO, key responsibilities of the CFO include driving the strategic financial planning process – ensuring alignment with the center’s mission and objectives while leading the development and implementation of financial strategies to support organizational growth and sustainability, overseeing comprehensive risk management strategies, including compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, and masterfully communicating complex financial information to a broad range of stakeholders.

Desired candidates should possess strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with a proven track record of effective financial forecasting and risk management and have a minimum of 10 years of financial management experience, with at least 5 years in a healthcare leadership role, preferably in an FQHC.
