Harmony Healthcare Long Island was founded in 2009 originally as Long Island FQHC before adopting their current name. Today, they provide a wide range of services across six primary locations covering 33 communities in Nassau County, NY.

Harmony is looking for a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) who will work closely with a highly engaged executive team that values communication and collaboration. This individual should be willing to reflect on their own strengths and weaknesses and engage in the process of continuous self- improvement.

The ideal candidate should be able to lead a large department and demonstrate the necessary leadership characteristics expected of a CFO. This person should expect to dedicate time and effort to leading their people, help them develop, and provide the feedback and coaching needed to move the department forward. In addition to the people management requirements, the CFO should have the skills to hit the ground running on all HRSA-related activity, and help the organization improve fiscal sustainability.

This is an opportunity for someone to come in and take ownership of a department, improve internal processes where necessary, and keep the positive momentum going.
