PanCare is seeking a physician leader for its Chief Medical Officer (CMO) role who can serve as both a practicing clinician and a strategic executive partner. The CMO will have organization-wide responsibility for medical provider leadership, clinical standards, quality, provider performance, and clinical operations while remaining directly connected to patient care.

The strongest candidate will bring clinical credibility, FQHC understanding, and the judgment to move between frontline care and executive strategy. This person should be comfortable setting expectations, coaching providers, using data to drive improvement, and partnering closely with the CEO and other senior leaders. The CMO will also function as Medical Laboratory Director and serve as PanCare’s professional training and education director.
