Founded in 1983 to serve the health needs of community members who face barriers to healthcare, Community Health Center of Snohomish County (CHC) in Everett, Washington offers affordable primary healthcare services at multiple clinic locations throughout Snohomish County.

CHC is actively searching for its next Chief Medical Officer (CMO) to serve as an executive leader and administrator who blends healthcare leadership and FQHC experience. Candidates must be board certified (discipline in family medicine, internal medicine or obstetrics) and excel at finding balance between advocating for physicians and staff while guiding clinical staff and contributing strategy and solutions to the health center’s overall success.

The split between administrative time and clinical time for this role is open for negotiation but leadership expects at least one half-day in-clinic time to allow for the CMO to build a solid relationship and credibility with staff and physicians and stay current on the realities of everyday patient care.
