Care Resource Community Health Centers – an FQHC with four locations in Midtown Miami, Little Havana, Miami Beach, and Fort Lauderdale – is seeking its next Chief Operations Officer (COO).

Serving as a right-hand partner and advisor to the CEO, the COO will ensure all health center operations are effective and efficient with an emphasis on access, quality, fiscal sustainability, and exceptional patient and employee experience.

As a core member of the senior leadership team, the COO will also develop and implement organizational strategies in accordance with Board strategic goals and serve as a spokesperson and key liaison for external stakeholders.
