Su Clinica in Harlingen, Texas is seeking a visible, hands-on Chief Operations Officer (COO) as its incumbent COO prepares to retire. Arriving at a pivotal moment in which the new CEO is setting direction and the organization is strengthening how its four sites work together, the incoming COO will have meaningful influence over how strategy becomes day-to-day performance.

The need is practical – Su Clinica wants greater consistency across locations, clearer operating expectations, better use of data, stronger leadership accountability, improved patient access and flow, and disciplined attention to facilities and financial sustainability. The COO must be present in the clinics, listen carefully, understand local realities, and help teams adopt shared ways of working.

This opportunity is best suited for an experienced FQHC operator who is comfortable leading change without losing the trust of the people doing the work.
