Aria Community Health Center (ACHC) is an FQHC rooted in Lemoore, CA, and serving Kings, Fresno, and Tulare counties. Reporting to the center’s CEO, ACHC is hiring a Director of Operations to play a significant role in developing, designing, and improving the systems that deliver the best medical treatment.

Primary responsibilities include spending time with site leaders, understanding operational barriers firsthand, and turning opportunities for improvement into sustainable processes. ACHC is seeking a leader who thrives at operational detail and engages closely in day-to-day clinical execution – someone who can strengthen workflows across a multi-county network, coach managers across locations, and partner frequently with leadership. Strategic judgment is important, but credibility will come from being present in clinics and following through on the work.

ACHC offers primary medical and dental care, behavioral health, optometry, podiatry, and other specialty care. The center is offering relocation assistance to the selected candidate.
