Located in Harlingen, Texas, Su Clinica is creating a new Revenue Cycle Director position to bring focused leadership to the full revenue cycle – from provider credentialing, registration, and insurance verification through billing, collections, and reimbursement. 

The immediate priorities are to strengthen accounts receivable and billing practices, improve accountability with the external billing vendor, and ensure claims are accurate, timely, well documented, and compliant. The Director will also work with clinical leaders on coding and documentation, support payer and value-based care requirements, and develop a team of approximately five to six employees. 

The Revenue Cycle Director will report to the center’s CFO and help connect daily revenue-cycle work to the financial health of the organization. The strongest candidate will have FQHC experience, understand payer rules, use data to find the source of revenue leakage or delay, communicate directly with vendors and internal partners, and build reliable processes without losing sight of patient care or the mission of the health center.
