Learning & Development Services

Dear Health Center Leaders,

As a result of the current Administration’s stated intentions of gutting Medicaid and the recurring threats to health center funding, we are encouraging our health center clients to preserve cash, and expend funds on only mission-critical items.

For now, we are suspending our training programs until further notice. While staff training is important, it’s more important that you are able to keep your doors open. When logic and reason take their rightful place in the decision-making process out of Washington, then we’ll be back with our training programs.

Until then, please take care of each other and the people who walk through your doors.

Where Training Meets Practicality

At 330Talent, we understand the success of your health center hinges on the development and retention of a highly skilled workforce. Our Learning & Development services are designed to equip your team with the knowledge, tools, and skills they need to excel in today’s challenging healthcare environment.

Our suite of training programs covers a wide range of topics, but in all cases we strive to bring practicality to the table. There are enough training programs out there focused on run-of-the-mill topics like “leadership” or “customer service.” That’s not what we are about. Rather, we are determined to deliver training that is specific and relevant to the day-to-day pragmatic needs of your health center workforce.

Our experienced trainers and facilitators deliver engaging, interactive sessions that are tailored to the operational and workforce challenges of community health.

We leverage a variety of instructional methods, including classroom training, online courses, and interactive workshops, to ensure your team receives the most effective learning experience possible.

In addition to our programmatic training offerings, we also provide customized solutions to address specific issues you are facing. It is highly likely that one or more members of our team has experienced the same issue and can bring knowledge and credibility to the instructional design effort. Our team will work closely with you to develop a training program that delivers measurable results.
