Privacy & Confidentiality
330Talent does not share personal identifying information with any third party without permission of the candidate. Candidates must give their consent for information to go to a potential employer.
330Talent does not share proprietary information about employers with any third party without the permission of the employer, except as required in the course of our work to accomplish our task during which we must reveal certain information about job openings and the employers behind them.
Why Confidentiality Matters
As former leaders in community health, we understand the importance of confidentiality in the hiring process. You have a position to fill and how you execute that hire informs your corporate culture. As a hiring company you want to set the tone, establish your brand, and act with integrity. We know that confidentiality plays a role in this process.
There are circumstances that arise where you must keep your hiring intentions within a limited audience. You may not want your employees, or your competition, to know until the process has been completed. We recognize the need for and the importance of maintaining confidentiality.
For job seeking candidates, you can also rest assured that we do not openly share your information without first obtaining your permission. We will never broadcast your desire for employment in any way that compromises your identity. It’s just not how we work or what we believe in.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
When you submit your resume to 330Talent, you may also elect to receive SMS messages. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency will vary according to communication needs. Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe from SMS messaging. Reply HELP for more information.
Community health is a small industry and reputation is extremely important. We won’t act in a way that compromises yours, ours, or anyone else’s.
