Rob Rioux is the founder and owner of 330Talent LLC, a Connecticut-based firm dedicated to building leadership capacity and organizational strength in the Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) sector. With extensive experience as both a healthcare executive and leadership strategist, Rob brings a unique blend of practical C-suite expertise and talent development insight to his work.

Throughout his career, Rob has worked closely with FQHCs and community-based providers to place top-tier talent, strengthen operations, develop leaders, and position organizations for long-term success. His background spans strategic planning, operational leadership, workforce development, and governance — making him well-versed in the challenges that current and emerging executives face in today’s complex healthcare environment.

As the driving force behind 330Talent, Rob has designed and delivered executive training programs, coached senior leaders, and advised boards of directors on effective governance and strategic alignment.
