Overview

Welcome to 330Talen LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

We are a Connecticut-based recruiting agency serving U.S. businesses only, with a focus on Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs) and Community Health Centers.

By using our website, submitting information to us, or using our recruiting services, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Who May Use Our Website and Services

Our website and services are intended for:

  • U.S.-based employers;
  • candidates interested in U.S.-based opportunities;
  • professional recruiting and hiring purposes only.

Our website may be accessible outside the United States, but we do not recruit for non-U.S. roles.

What We Do

We provide recruiting and placement-related services, including:

  • candidate sourcing;
  • candidate screening;
  • recruiting communications;
  • presentation of qualified candidates;
  • interview coordination;
  • related recruiting support.

We may also prepare generalized, non-identifying candidate profiles to help clients determine whether they want to learn more about a candidate.

No Guarantee Of Placement Or Hire

We do not guarantee that:

  • any candidate will receive an interview;
  • any candidate will receive an offer;
  • any candidate will be placed in a role;
  • any client will hire a candidate we introduce;
  • any search will result in a hire.

All hiring decisions are made solely by the client. All employment decisions remain between the candidate and the hiring organization.

Candidate Responsibilities

If you are a candidate, you agree that:

  • the information you provide is accurate and not misleading to the best of your knowledge;
  • you have the right to submit the resume, credentials, and other materials you provide;
  • you will not knowingly submit false or inaccurate employment, education, licensing, or credential information;
  • you will not provide confidential information belonging to a current or former employer unless you are authorized to do so;
  • you will not submit patient information, medical records, or other third-party health information through our website or recruiting process.

You authorize us to review your materials and discuss your qualifications for recruiting purposes.

We will share your identifying information with a client only after we confirm that you want to move forward with that opportunity.

Client Responsibilities

If you are a client or prospective client, you agree that:

  • candidate information we provide is confidential;
  • you will use candidate information only to evaluate legitimate hiring opportunities;
  • you will not disclose candidate information to unauthorized third parties;
  • you will not use candidate information for marketing, solicitation, unrelated recruiting, resale, or database building;
  • you will not attempt to identify or contact a candidate based on a generalized profile except through our recruiting process;
  • you will comply with applicable employment, privacy, and anti-discrimination laws.

You also agree not to provide us with patient information, medical records, or protected health information unless it is specifically requested and legally appropriate to provide.

Text Messaging

By providing your mobile phone number to 330Talent LLC (“330Talent”), you consent to receive text messages from 330Talent related to our recruiting services, including job opportunity details, interview scheduling, reminders, and status updates in connection with your search or hiring needs. 330Talent does not send marketing or promotional text messages. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency will vary based on your interaction with us. You may opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP to any message, or request assistance by replying HELP.

Generalized Candidate Profiles

We may prepare and share generalized, non-identifying candidate profiles.

These profiles are intended to describe experience and qualifications without directly identifying the candidate. They are provided solely to help a client decide whether to request more information through us.

You may not:

  • copy or publish these profiles outside your internal hiring process;
  • use them to reverse-identify candidates;
  • use them to build your own candidate database;
  • use them for any purpose unrelated to evaluating a potential hire through us.

Confidentiality

Our work involves confidential candidate and client information. By using our website or services, you agree to handle non-public information obtained through us with appropriate care.

This includes, for example:

  • resumes and candidate materials;
  • recruiter notes and communications;
  • client role details;
  • compensation information;
  • interview feedback;
  • other non-public recruiting information.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • use the website for any unlawful purpose;
  • interfere with the website’s operation or security;
  • attempt unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or data;
  • scrape, harvest, or systematically collect content, contact details, or recruiting materials;
  • upload malware, malicious code, or harmful content;
  • impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity;
  • submit false or misleading information.
